Пиво Fall of Thebes - Cherry, Blackberry & Raspberry - Blood Brothers Brewing

This season’s Fall of Thebes is all about berries! We brewed our base beer and let it rest in neutral oak for up to 18 months. After its slumber in oak we made a blend that would balance with the acid from the gluttonous amounts of cherries, blackberries and raspberries it would condition on for four months. Expect a funky, full-bodied, juicy beer, with notes oak and leather with a soft carbonation to help balance a generous amount of acidity.
