Pilsner-ish w/ Cashmere & Huell Melon • 5% ABV Transhuman (formerly Trans Human State) is our ongoing experimentation with the world of lagered beers. In this version we perfectly balanced a lively bitterness with a soft mouthfeel and bready malt backbone, then dry-hopped with Cashmere & Huell Melon, creating blossoming notes of jasmine, honeydew melon and citrus fruits. This is an evolved beer at the pinnacle of flavour achievement, and one we are quite proud of.
