We teamed up with Fredericton’s hop wizards, Trailway Brewing. We shared a few tricks and made a double IPA to showcase what we’ve both been up to. We used a hop that neither of us had worked with before and snuck in a few favourites for support. We dry hopped this beer with HBC 630, citra and a touch of sabro. Creamy peaches and coconut are the main players with vanilla and citrus in supporting roles. Full bodied and soft with a refined bitterness allowing for easy drinking in the double IPA realm.
