Named for Ashe County’s own Three Top Mountain, this India Pale Ale is brewed using hefty amounts of 3 different hops that are added throughout the brewing process. This blending of hops adds the right amount of bitterness and aroma while still allowing the malt flavor to show through. This unfiltered brew has a thick golden color. This super hoppy IPA has a clean-citrus finish that is not too overpowering.
