In coalition with our friends at Kotowa, our goal here was to create a libation that represents what Boquete is known for, it’s coffee. Unlike common coffee beers we decided to highlight the coffee’s distinctive flavor and not its bitterness. We were able to achieve this by “cold” brewing coffee. This means we rest coarse ground coffee at refrigerated temperatures for about 48hrs. Then when the beer is ready we mix both together to bring this wonderful concoction from the mountain to your pint glass. Notes: Caramel, Toffee, Coffee Fruit & Bean
