Пиво Birthday Boi: Gimli - Bottle Logic Brewing

West Coast IPA featuring Mosaic and Strata • 7.2% ABV • This West Coast Style IPA celebrates our Lead Brewer Max's Australian Cattle Dog, Gimli, who's always eager for adventure and quick to lend his axe to a good chicken coop chase. We've used Strata hops for a Lothlórien forest dankness, glittering with beams of passionfruit, grapefruit, and tangerine. Mosaic rounds out the hop fellowship with blueberry top notes. Like its namesake, this West Coast IPA is medium-bodied and moderately assertive, but there's a soft sweetness underneath it all.
