Consider this treat! Our fresh new Sweet Stout features the most coconut we've ever attempted to pack into a beer, topping out at 9lbs per barrel! The brew team might think he's crazy or say that he goes too far, but once Wes knows what he likes, well, there you are. We started with mountains of organic coconut flakes in the mash and finished this beer with a coconut flake 'dryhop' for a luscious tropical take on our monstrously viscous 'Florida Sweet Stout' base.
