We spared no expense in the creation of #Cryopreservation, a collaboration with the mad scientists at Aslin Beer Company! A new species of lactose stout base underwent advanced bourbon barrel-aging with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachios and -- bingo: Pistachio Ice Cream Stout!
