West Coast IPA SMASH • 7.2% ABV • PEMDAS is a SMASH beer (single malt and single hop) with a parenthetical base of Two Row Barley raised to the power of Simcoe hops. You've got classic West Coast pine on the nose multiplied by a bite of bitter citrus pith and a hint of underripe stone fruit plussing up the back end. It's light bodied and dry, like an intro to Algebra class.
