The Cranmaster is a bold barrel aged saison with brettanomyces, cranberry, and orange zest. This beer was aged in oak for almost 2 years to develop the earthy, fruity, and funky flavors associated with brettanomyces. Cranberry and orange zest were added late in the process to maintain their fresh fruit character and complement the underlying saison and brett experience.
