This gose is different in that it is truly wild, funky and incredibly sour. It spent its entire life in oak barrels that previously held our Lambic Inspired ale with apricots. Left to ferment naturally with the blend of bacteria and wild yeast present in the barrels, this beer developed a pronounced brett character. The traditional Gose salt and coriander additions pair perfectly with the wildly tart character and fruity remnants of apricot. Did we mention this beer is very sour? Prepare yourself for a puckering wild ride. pH 2.9 TA 21!
