Let's Rhubarb a beer, shall we? A few of our brewers and the bar regulars combined their backyard rhubarb crops to contribute to this tangy springtime sour. The base is Berliner Weisse aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. Flavors and aromas of rhubarb, floral honeysuckle, and a slight raspberry sweetness all combine to capture the essence of a Montana spring day.
