Our latest cocktail inspired beer is the Mountain Greyhound, featuring grapefruit and rosemary. It starts as a Gose sour base, with Himalayan pink salt, then gets a large dose of tart grapefruit and fresh rosemary. The result is our beer interpretation of the classic greyhound cocktail with a woodsy, mountain flair.
