Пиво Got Milch? - Bräugier Craftbier

For years as children, we were told to drink milk. Now that we are grown-up (sort of) and make beer, we took this education to heart to make a so-called Milkshake IPA….at it’s core it’s a Hazy IPA with lactose to give a nice, full mouthfeel. Commonly, this style also add fruits and vanilla. We also remember learning that fruit was good for you, so we decided to add those as well. For this first release of the Got Milch? Series we stayed hop forward, only slightly cutting our typical hazy hop rates but complementing the citrusy, tropical hoppiness with generous additions of strawberry and mango. The beer was then aged on Bourbon-Vanilla pods. Stay healthy, stay hoppy!
