Пиво Seizoen - Brekeriet

Brekeriet Seizoen is a Scanian light saison receiving its special character by fermentation using a mixture of different yeast strains, particularly those of the genus Brettanomyces. The beer is carbonated naturally by fermentation in the bottle and therefore giving a thin layer of yeast on the bottom.
