Brut IPA are trendy now, but it's a method that's been employed in Lite lagers. We decided to mess around to make a light lager with Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic Cryo as whirlpool and dry hop additions only. This beer is about showing restrain and finesse to celebrate the low calories style lager, and still have a decent amount of hops.
