We took our favorite melomels from 2020 and held a small amount from each back for blending. This cuvee includes portions of mead from: • Diatomic (Red Raspberry / Blueberry) • Heavy Cohesion (Blackberry) • Reckless Precision (Black/Golden Raspberry) • Proper Black (Blackberry/Black Currant, Black Mulberry/Black Raspberry) Transferred onto Strawberry/Tart Cherry/Tahitian Vanilla beans and Meadowfoam honey aged on lightly toasted American oak.
