Ideas for beers often come from food and drink when it comes to the Wildside range and this one was no exception. We wanted to re-create the fresh citrus of the Lemon & Lime Fizz Bomb sweet, and some of the mouth pucker without it being a full on sour ale, so we added citric acid for the zing and a little lactose to sweeten the deal. It's a great back garden freshener; perfect to quench your thirst after a hard afternoon painting fences!
