bottling date: 05/01/2021 This Aardbei has shortly macerated on a stainless steel tank and then matured on a foeder for another two months. We used strawberries from Ferme Framboos that were hand-picked in the summer of 2020. We used a single jonge lambik, and we did not blend with any other lambik afterwards. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 623 grams of strawberries per litre of Aardbei. NL 3 Fonteinen Aardbei wordt bekomen door de maceratie van handgeplukte aardbeien op jonge traditionele lambik. Natuurlijk fruit, zonder toevoeging van sappen, siropen, of suikers. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Aardbei est le résultat de la macération de fraises entières, cueillies à la main, dans du jeune lambik traditionnel. Du fruit naturel, sans jus, sirops ou sucres ajoutés.
