bottling date: 16/09/21 This particular Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambikken originating from five different barrels and ten different brews. Almost 80% of the blend consists of three year-old lambik, bringing the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling to more than 26 months. We also blended in lambik originating from a Moscatel sherry barrel. About one third of the used lambikken has been brewed with Pajot-grown cereals.
