This herb adds gentle and balanced characteristics. Almost 80% of the cereals used for these brews, have been sourced from our Cereal Collective. This blend was bottled straight from the maceration tank. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik. The wild herbs used in this blend were sourced from a passionate herbalist in the north of Belgium. Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen “Speling van het Lot” (Twist of Fate) is a series of small batch experimental brews, barrel maturations, fruit macerations and blends.
