bottling date: 09/11/21 • Bottle count: 625 This particular tiny blend of Cuvée Armand & Gaston consists of 85% of two-year and three-year old lambics and 15% of jonge lambics. Hence a weighted average lambic age of more than 25 months. We used lambics of three different barrels and five different brews. Of these brews, about one third contains our own and locally sourced cereals and one brew contains honey malt instead of the typical pils malt.
