05/08/2022 | For this particular Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from three different barrels and six different brews. Three quarters of the blend is composed of old lambik, rendering the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 33 months. Of the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken (65%), around 40% of the cereals used while brewing was sourced from our own Cereal Collective.
