bottling date: 08-09-2021 • bottle count: 480 This exclusive bottling is an Oloroso lambik from one single barrel, originating from Josefa Perez. This family-owned bodega, in the centre of Jerez De La Frontera, the heart of the sherry region, is slowly but surely stopping operations because there is no succession. A 40-year-old barrel was freshly emptied and a few days later, we filled it with lambik brewed by 3 Fonteinen in March 2019. Only available as drink-in at Restaurant Rebelle in Marke (Kortrijk) to pair with the Zenne Y Frontera dessert. It will stay on the Rebelle menu till the very last drop of is served.
