Blend n° 54-4 • bottling date: 18/06/2021 For this Speling, we bottled four different intensities of elderflower macerations. The white chalk on the bottle indicates which one it concerns. The lambik that was used was a 19-month-old 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik. Less than 60 bottles were made per maceration variety.
