Cuvée Cathy is made for the 5th Anniversary of Beerlovers Bar. A foeder aged sour ale with quince and dry-hopped with elderflower. Good to know: the birthday of the girlfriend of the owner of Beerlovers Bar, Cathy, is the same as the bar: 24th of June. Her favourite brewery is Alvinne ;).
