Unfiltered top-fermented beer. Review of the Brussels Beer Challenge 2015: Appearance: Blond colour with a big white head, good lacing, good head retention, OK carbonation. Aroma: Citrus, pear, apple. Great nose. Taste & body: Medium body, OK carbontion on the palate, round mouth feel, fruity, spicy, yeasty, a touch of malt and hops. Very typical. Dry finale. Very drinkable and very balanced. Excellent beer.
