Pinnekjøtt Røykbock is the fourth in our “seven types for Christmas”-series. The inspiration for this year’s beer is the Norwegian Christmas dish “Pinnekjøtt”; i.e. cured and smoked mutton ribs. The beer is a rich and malty bock beer brewed with 5 different types of smoked malt (beech, cherry, apple, pear and peat) to give complex aromas and flavours reminiscent of smoked Pinnekjøtt.
