Strawberry and Lemon Berliner Weisse. September 2017 Special. Brewed for ABV Fest in Belfast, our first kettle sour. Using a lactobacillus culture innoculated from Clandeboye Yoghurt, this Berlinner Weisse was brewed with 60% Wheat Malt, 40% Pale. pH 3.5. Locally picked Strawberries added during the boil along with a sh*t load of lemons.
