This is the third iteration of this beer first released in 2018 and we've learnt a lot about it - making this the best yet! Our classic mixed fermentation saison was aged in oak foudre for 6 months, before spending a further 6 months ageing on whole peaches prior to bottling. Full of redolent fruit flavours, this is a luxury beer!
