This anniversary beer is a barrel aged fruited brett beer, patiently aged for 18 months before secondary fermentation is carried out on fruit. Tangerine, guava and a subtle earthy funkiness on the nose. Pineapple, stone fruit, guava and orange with an underlying oakiness balance seamlessly with the lactic and acetic acid, leaving a refreshing and mouth watering finish.
