Barriles y Bayas has been a long time in the making. This barrel aged and blended saison was added to six pounds per gallon mix of Black Raspberries, Boysenberries, and Marionberries until fermented to dryness. Then we aged this berry saison in bourbon barrels for two years. The bottles were naturally conditioned and feature a lower carbonation to allow the presence of the berries and oak to be fully expressed.
