Пиво Cherry Skies - Casa Agria Specialty Ales

CHERRY SKIES is a blend of one, two, and three year old golden sour ales aged on Cherries. The initial blend starts as three different years of golden ales aged in neutral red wine barrels and in American oak foeders to create our third anniversary blend, TRES CASAS. This blend was then transferred on to Michigan Grown tart cherries with an extended aging time on the fruit for more characterful extraction on flesh and skin. Pouring the color of pinot noir wine the aroma is cherry forward with subtle spice and whispers of nutty amaretto. Flavor is a fun interplay of fruit and oak with notes of wine grapes, dark berries, and a touch of peach.
