Пиво Winter Union - Casa Agria Specialty Ales

Winter Union is a blended saison aged on Michigan grown tart cherries and conditioned with local wildflower honey. Inspiration for this beer began with the wedding of our dear friends Kyle and Angie, the base was blended from spelt saisons, house saisons, wild ales, and golden brett ales of varying ages that were then transferred onto the fruit for over 4 months before being naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs with local wildflower honey. Beautifully colored by the cherries the aroma is split with cherry pie spice and wild funk. Flavor is a nice balance between fruit and oak, dry with just a hint of spice. Acidity is medium to low making this one especially easy to drink by itself or paired with food!
