Ale refermented with wild yeast, kept 9 months in the fermenter, perfumed with frenck oak chips. Long maduration in bottle (since november 2011). It is a numbered special edition, only in 50cl. bottle. Limited edition 1100 bottles Malts:Pale Ale, Munic II, CaraHell, Crystal150, Chocolate, Flaked Oat, Flaked Barley Hops: Pacific Gem, Tettnager, Hersbrucker, Hallertau Tradition Yeast: Ale and wild Best before November 2015
