Last year, we travelled to Yakima to hand select hops at source for the second time and, working with YCH, we secured some of the best lots we've had the privilege of using. We've developed a series of six DDH IPAs to share the fruits of hand selection with you, and this iteration features Sabro and Chinook - combining one of the most impactful new varietals with an old school classic.
