A bright passion fruit sour that balances complex acidity with tropical sweetness. Chosen for their sourness, we blended two mixed culture beers - one from an 18 month aged red wine barrel and the other from a 6 year aged white wine barrel. These were perfectly primed for the addition of sweet passion fruit. The end result is a lightly carbonated fruit sour that is oaky and sharp.
