Hand-selected CY18 Simcoe hops are given the chance to shine in this one-off DDH Pale, which aims to strike a balance between bold, juicy fruit flavours and resinous, earthy notes. The batch of Simcoe we chose at source in Yakima has a distinct pineapple character, and it's supported here by Centennial in a punchy, yet easy-drinking, Pale Ale.

Aroma & Flavour:
Earthy, hedgerow notes but with a backbone of juicy pineapple and apricot

Body:
Medium-light, with a short, slightly dry finish

Aftertaste:
Grapefruit zest and tangerine, light pithy bitterness, lingering earthy notes
