Bright and jammy with a zippy acidity, this is a two-year-old spontaneous blend conditioned on two-and-a-half tonnes of organic British chuckleberries. A process of carbonic maceration was used to open up the berries, revealing their full, rich bouquet. Best paired with a random act of kindness.
