A beer that captures both time-honoured tradition and ultra-modern intensity of flavour. Aged in foudre nine months before spending a further 18 months in bottle, it combines many of the elements you’d associate with classic wild beer - combining hedgerow notes with funk and a spicy yeast character - but also thumbs its nose at contemporary, heavily-fruited Gose. Rich, earthy blueberry is brightened through the additions of raspberry and apricot, an initial, smoothie-like thickness giving way to a dry, funky finish.
