Karls Burg – named after Karl… and who is Karl you ask? Why, he is one of Collective Arts Toronto’s very own Brewers – imported directly from Europe. This Danish Lager is light and refreshing – everything a good Euro Lager should be! Pale in colour, light bodied with a crisp and minerally finish. We brewed this batch using a famous Danish yeast and lagered for 8 weeks, which helps with the fresh finish. This is the perfect beer for the changing weather, best enjoyed with a friend (or Karl!)
