Note: Sold in the US with a different label and under the name +MALTA PALE ALE by the Shelton Brothers. Estil cerveser: PALE ALE. Cervesa d’alta fermentació a l’estil tradicional anglès. Nota de tast: Amb molt cos i de color torrat, per gaudir d’un sabor intens. Temperatura de consum entre 6º i 10ºC, si bé la degustació òptima s’aconsegueix per sobre dels 7ºC, quan afloren les textures i sabors de les cerveses Ale. Ingredients de la recepta: Aigua del Montseny. Maltes: pale ale, crystal i cafè. Flor dels llúpols: challenger, east kent goldings i fuggles. Llevat.
