Пиво Lumberjack Juice - CoolHead Brew

Our sour beer guru friends from Tempel Brygghus, Sweden, came all the way to Finland to brew a Scandinavian forest inspired Sour Ale. We threw in some sticks, leaves and spices we found from the nearest forest - including spruce tips and juniper twigs - soured it with the natural live bacteria from the malt and dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin & Vic Secret hops. It came out as the perfect after-wood-chopping juice for all you, red checker shirted people out there. We hope you store it cold, drink it fast and enjoy!
