Over the Galaxies is our seasonal IPA brewed with Australian Galaxy hops. It has massive notes of ripe pineapple, pine and grapefruit peel from the astronomical double dry hop additions of Galaxy, with balanced bitterness and soft biscuity malt base. For the V3 we paired the 2019 harvest with Amarillo.
