Brewed at the Cowbell Farm on opening day, August 5, 2017, a small portion of ALMANAC 2018 Barleywine was pulled from the fermentation tank, then laid to rest in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over 10 months. The resulting inaugural Barrel-Aged Project beer is beautifully matured with rich, deep flavours. Barrel-Aged ALMANAC 2018 Barleywine is rich, smooth and satisfying, offering notes of mulled port, caramel, dark fruit and warming bourbon. Perfect for sharing and celebrating special occasions.
