We wanted to see what the American hop variety Azacca was like on its own so we brewed a singe hop IPA with it. We found that Azacca produces some really unique flavours and aromas, which some have described as reminiscent of Hubba Bubba and strawberry jam! The result is a golden crisp IPA with a really interesting hop character, with distinct fruit and citrus notes and medium level bitterness for an IPA.
