Featured Hops:CTZ, EKG and Cascade – Born out of an Irish Red Ale homebrew gone “wrong”, that resulted in the overboiling of the wort and the addition of hops meant for another brew. The unplanned hop addition contributes 27 IBUs to this beautiful brown ale, balancing the caramel malt notes. The sweet aroma from the CaraRed malt is complemented by the light-medium body and sharpness from roasted barley. We call it Red Mistake, but don’t be misled by the name! There are no mistakes in this flavorful American Brown Ale, Gold winner of CA State Fair.
