The latest in our hoppy pils series. Galaxy can be quite an aggressive hop so we used it with touch. A late boil addition plus whirlpool additions to build the layers of hop character in the beer. And a small (very small for us) dry hop to keep the sometimes aggressive flavour in check. Soft sweet passionfruit and some pineapple too, with a clean bitter finish. Lush!
