A single malt single hop Citra IPA, pretty sure we haven't done one of these before.....shocking! Citra is a great candidate for single hop beers as it is both intense but also has lots of layers of flavour and aroma: Lime, lemon, lychee, mango, yum yum yum! To help bring more depth and interest we used different forms of Citra hops which have their own flavour nuances, T90 pellets (the most common pellet type) and BBC pellets, which have a higher aromatic oil content per kg. What's not to like?
