Пиво Simmer Down Pucker Up - DEYA Brewing Company

This is a kettle soured pale ale broadly in the Berliner Weisse style. We use a varied malt base of ale and pilsner malt, wheat and oats and kettle sour the beer with a lactobacillus culture. Once the acidity is achieved we ferment with an English ale yeast. Dry hopping complements the acidity by adding fruity aromas and flavours.
